We require information regarding the earliest feasible date and time for material delivery, as well as details regarding accessibility routes, such as elevator availability, ramps, door sizes, etc. Additionally, parking logistics need to be provided, including information on on-site parking lots, street parking availability, loading dock access, etc.
Please be aware that additional labor expenses may be incurred for particularly large events or events with challenging accessibility conditions. It is essential to communicate these details to ensure a smooth and successful event setup.
